About me

Hi, I’m Katie!
 

I’m a mum of four and a former primary school teacher with 17 years of classroom experience.
 

While on maternity leave with my third baby, I realised I didn’t want to return to the traditional classroom. I still had a passion for working with children, but I craved more flexibility and a better work–life balance.
 

That’s when I discovered the wonderful world of tutoring—and everything changed.
 

Since January 2022, I’ve been working as a tutor with EOTAS, home-educated children, and school pupils. I now tutor three days a week, enjoy far more free time, and—best of all—I’m earning more than I did as a full-time teacher, thanks in part to passive income.
 

In March 2023, I began mentoring tutors and aspiring tutors, helping them build businesses that bring freedom, confidence, and joy. Supporting others to grow thriving tuition businesses is something I truly love.
